For a long time this was my normal. I had a demanding career that kept me traveling from city to city. When I was home, I somehow found time for house projects, family, friends, coaching CrossFit, and whatever else I could fit in.
My calendar was full, my to-do list was never finished, and there was always something else I thought I should be doing.
Sound familiar?
I was the person who could handle it all. The more I could juggle, the more capable I felt.
Eventually, I was exhausted, impatient, and my brain rarely stopped. I knew I couldn't keep going like that.
I didn't know exactly what I needed. I just knew I needed to find a different way to deal with the stress I was carrying.
That's what first drew me to breathwork.
Changing the way I breathed changed how I felt. And with a little space from all that mental noise, I started noticing things I hadn't before.
That changed more than the way I handled stress. It eventually changed the way I coached, too.
Today, I'm an ICF-certified coach and SOMA Breath® Instructor. Bringing the two together has become a natural part of how I work.
