For years, I was really good at keeping up. I had a demanding career that kept me traveling from city to city. When I was home, I somehow found time for house projects, family, friends, coaching CrossFit, and whatever else I could fit in.
My calendar was full, my to-do list was never finished, and there was always something else I thought I should be doing.
Sound familiar?
I was the person who could handle it all. The more I could juggle, the more capable I felt.
But eventually, that pace caught up with me. I was exhausted, impatient, and always in a hurry to squeeze in one more thing.
What I didn't realize was how taxing that constant pace was, both mentally and physically.
I needed something that could address both.
That's what drew me to breathwork. Changing the way I breathed changed how I felt. And with even a little space from all that mental noise, I could see things I couldn't see when I was constantly going.
This eventually changed the way I coached.
Today, I'm an ICF-certified coach and SOMA Breath® Instructor. I bring coaching and breathwork together to help busy women create space from the mental spin, see things differently, and make choices that better reflect how they want to live.
