You're good at keeping up with deadlines, decisions, back-to-back everything. But over time, the load does something most people don't recognize until the signs are hard to ignore.
Tension in your neck that just won't release. Sleep that won't come, no matter how tired you are. A mind that keeps replaying the difficult moment, even in the middle of the night.
You've probably tried yoga, supplements, or the latest meditation app. Some of it helped. But none of it works the moment things actually go sideways.
Your nervous system is designed to recover. But under constant demand, the brakes never get applied.
For years I kept up an intense pace. I traveled from city to city overseeing critical data migrations. When I was home I was juggling house projects, family commitments, coaching Crossfit, and squeezing in time for friends.
Underneath, my body was running on adrenaline and coffee. I didn't question it because everyone around me was living the same way. It felt normal because it looked normal.
Until it didn't. I hit a wall. My body couldn't keep up with the pace.
The problem wasn't the stress. I didn't know how to apply the brakes.
That's what Breathe & Refuel is built around.
I'm Stacey Cauvin, an ICF-certified coach and SOMA Breath® Instructor. I help people learn to use their breath to apply the brakes, so they can keep showing up fully, without paying for it later.
