I had a demanding career that kept me traveling from city to city. When I was home, I filled my time with house projects, family, friends, coaching CrossFit, and whatever else I could fit in.
I liked my life. I was successful, productive, and good at handling a lot.
But eventually, all that pushing came with a cost. I burned out. And I knew I couldn't keep operating at that level or stay in an industry that no longer felt right for me.
I knew something needed to change. I just didn't know yet what I wanted instead.
So I took a year off. I needed time to recover, but I also wanted the space to figure out what I wanted the next part of my life to look like.
For the first time in a long time, I didn't know what came next.
I went back to school. I explored different kinds of work. I questioned things I hadn't really stopped to question before.
Eventually, I left high tech and moved into higher education. It was a big change, but it wasn't the end of figuring things out.
My path kept changing. Coaching became part of it. Later, so did breathwork.
Today, I'm an ICF-certified coach and SOMA Breath® Instructor. I bring the two together to help women create space for the questions that don't always have an easy answer and figure out what makes sense for them now.
