Breathe & Refuel

One-on-one coaching for busy women who are tired of feeling like they're always "on."

Because sometimes you don't need another way to keep up. You want things to actually feel different.

Your calendar is full, and your mind never really clears.

Your thoughts don't stop just because the day does.

Slowing down feels like falling behind — so you don't

You find yourself worrying, overthinking, or replaying things long after the moment has passed.

You're trying to make a decision, but the more you think about it, the more you seem to spin.

You're exhausted by the end of the day, but somehow still can't switch off.

You may recognize yourself in moments like these:

You can think about the same problem from ten different angles and still end up right where you started.

Sometimes what you need isn't more thinking. It's enough space to step out of the spin for a minute.

You don't have to think your way through everything.

Sometimes we'll use your breath to help settle the mental noise and give you a place to start.
From there, we coach.
We look at what keeps coming up. What you're worried about. What you're taking on. Where you're feeling stuck. The things you may not notice when you're moving a hundred miles an hour.
And we work on what you want to do differently — whether that's how you respond in a stressful moment or a bigger decision about what comes next.
Over time, you'll build tools you can use on your own, along with a better understanding of yourself and what helps you move through difficult moments differently.

When your mind is always going, it's hard to see anything differently.

Yoga, meditation, exercise, a walk — they can all be valuable. But sometimes you can do all the things that are supposed to help and still find yourself worrying, overthinking, rushing, or carrying the same problem around with you.
That's where this work is different.
Breathwork gives us a practical way to work with how you're feeling. And when your brain isn't quite so caught up in everything, we can look at what keeps coming up. Why you keep saying yes when you don't want to. Why you can't let something go. Why everything suddenly feels urgent. Or what you might actually want to do differently.

You may already have ways to manage stress.

Sessions are private, one-on-one, and shaped around what you need.
Some days, that might mean you're overwhelmed by everything on your plate. Other days, there's a conversation you can't stop replaying, a decision you're struggling to make, or something you know needs to change but haven't been able to follow through on.
We may use breathwork to help slow things down when your brain is caught up in everything. Then we can work with whatever's been taking up so much space in your head.
Maybe you start noticing something you keep doing without thinking about it. Maybe you see another way to handle something you've been stuck on. Or maybe you finally know what you want to do next. And when there's something you want to change, we'll work on that too.

What working together looks like.

If you're ready for support getting out of the mental spin and looking at things differently, you're welcome to begin with a simple conversation.
We'll talk about what's been weighing on you, what you've already tried, and whether Breathe & Refuel feels like the right fit.

Investment

Starter — 3 Sessions $897

A focused place to begin.
We'll center our work around one thing that's taking up too much space in your head. Maybe it's a decision you're struggling with, a conversation you can't stop replaying, or something you know you want to handle differently.
We'll use coaching and breathwork to slow things down, look at what's going on, and figure out what you want to do from there.
Best for: someone who wants focused support around one specific challenge.

Full Program — 12 Sessions $2,697

Core — 6 Sessions $1497

For when it's bigger than one situation.
Maybe there isn't one thing you can point to. You're feeling it at work, in your relationships, or when you're trying to make a decision. Even things that normally wouldn't bother you are starting to feel like a lot.
Six sessions gives us more time to work with what's coming up, try some things differently, and see what changes as you go.
Best for: someone who wants support over several weeks, not just around one immediate challenge.

For when you're ready to give this some time.
Twelve sessions gives us room to work with what's happening now and stay with you as things begin to change. Because noticing something is one thing. Doing something differently when you're back in your actual life is another.
We have time to see what works, what doesn't, and what keeps coming up. And when something doesn't go the way you hoped, we work with that too.
Best for: someone who wants more time and support to work on things as they come up in real life.

This isn't a one-size-fits-all process. We start with what's happening in your life right now.

Let's Talk

You can start with the level of support that feels right for you.

Breathe and Refuel Client

“What stood out most was how quickly my body responded. Instead of trying to think my way out of stress, my breath helped everything slow down. I felt calmer the rest of the day.”

Hi, I’m Stacey Cauvin.

ICF-certified coach. SOMA Breath® Instructor.

For years, I liked being the person people could count on. Being needed felt good. So did knowing I could handle whatever came my way. What I didn't see was how easily “I can handle it” became “I should handle it.”
I didn't think much about any of it. It had become automatic.
I kept pushing through until I couldn't ignore what it was costing me. My energy. My patience. My ability to think straight.
And for a long time, I thought the answer was finding better ways to deal with the stress.
That's what first drew me to breathwork. It gave me a way to slow things down enough to get a little space from the mental noise. And in that space, I could think about more than how to get through the stress. I realized there were things I could do differently.

You can stay with what's in front of you without everything else competing for your attention.

Not everything feels like it needs your attention at once.

Rushing when you don't need to. Saying yes before you've even thought about whether you want to. Taking responsibility for something that isn't actually yours.

You catch yourself doing things you didn't notice before.

You can look at something without immediately getting pulled into the same thoughts about it.

Things don't feel quite so hard to figure out.

Instead of automatically doing what you've always done, there's a little more room to decide what you actually want to do.

You have a little more say in what happens next.

What you may begin to notice

What sessions are like.

You don't need to show up knowing what you want to work on. We start wherever you are that day.
Maybe your brain won't stop spinning. You're overwhelmed by everything on your plate. There's a conversation you keep replaying, a decision you're struggling with, or something you know you want to change but haven't been able to.
We slow things down enough to look at it together.
Depending on what you need, we may use breathwork as part of the session — to help you settle, shift how you're feeling, or create some space from the mental noise.
From there, we coach. We explore what's coming up, notice patterns, consider different perspectives, and get clear on what you want.
And when it makes sense, I'll create a personalized breathwork practice you can use between sessions. We'll also get clear on what you want to do between sessions, so the work doesn't end when our call does.

I'm Ready to Begin

That's exactly what this work is designed for. You don't need to wait for life to slow down before you begin changing how you move through it.
We'll work with what's happening in your actual life and develop practical ways to create space in the moments you need it — while also looking at the patterns, pressures, or decisions underneath the mental spin.

Will this help if my life is still busy and stressful?

There is growing research showing that the way we breathe can influence how we feel.
Slow, controlled breathing has been shown to affect heart rate variability and other processes involved in the body's response to stress. Research on breathwork has also found reductions in perceived stress and improvements in mood for some people.
The science is still evolving, and not every breathing technique has the same evidence behind it. That's why I focus on simple, intentional breathing practices and don't promise that breathwork will eliminate stress.
In Breathe & Refuel, breathwork is one tool we can use to help you work with how you're feeling in the moment — creating space for the coaching work that comes next.

What's the science and is there evidence this actually works?

Breathe & Refuel is one-on-one coaching for busy women who are tired of feeling like they're always “on.” We combine coaching with breathwork to help you slow the mental spin, create space to see things differently, and make more thoughtful choices about what comes next.
Every session is shaped around what's happening in your life, with breathwork used as one of the tools when it's helpful.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everyone responds differently. You may notice a shift in how you feel during or after a breathwork practice, while changes in patterns, perspective, and how you respond in everyday life generally take time and practice.
This isn't about promising a quick fix. It's about building awareness, tools, and new ways of working with what's showing up for you.

How quickly might I notice changes?

Many gentle breathing practices are considered low risk for most healthy adults, but not every breathwork technique is appropriate for everyone.
Some practices, particularly those involving breath holds or more intensive breathing, may need to be modified or avoided depending on your health or if you're pregnant.
I'll always adapt the breathwork we use when appropriate. If you're pregnant, have a medical condition, or have concerns about whether breathwork is appropriate for you, please check with your healthcare provider before participating.

Is Breathwork safe for everyone?

Sessions are private and virtual, so you can join from wherever you have a comfortable, private space and reliable internet connection.

Are sessions in person or virtual?

Breathe & Refuel is designed for busy women whose brains don't seem to shut off. You may be overwhelmed by everything on your plate, caught in overthinking or worry, struggling with a decision, carrying a lot for other people, or simply realizing that the way you've been moving through life isn't working as well as it used to.
You don't need to have it all figured out before we begin.

How is this different from other breathwork I've tried?

Because Breathe & Refuel isn't just breathwork.
We may use breathwork to help you work with how you're feeling, create some space from the mental noise, or give you something practical to use between sessions. But we don't stop there.
Through coaching, we also explore what's underneath the spin — the patterns, pressures, decisions, or perspectives that may be contributing to what you're experiencing.
Breathwork is one of the tools we use, not the entire process.

Who is Breathe & Refuel designed for?

How do coaching and breathwork work together?

Breathwork gives us a practical tool for working with how you're feeling in the moment. Sometimes creating a little space from the mental noise makes it easier to look at what's going on.
That's where coaching comes in. We can explore patterns, pressures, assumptions, decisions, and different perspectives — and get clearer about what you want to do next.
We use both, depending on what you need.

Is this therapy or medical treatment?

No. Breathe & Refuel is coaching, not therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment. It is designed to support personal growth, awareness, and change through coaching and breathwork. If something arises that's outside the scope of coaching, I'll encourage you to seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.

What could change if you weren't always "on"?

You don't have to have everything figured out before we talk. We can start with what's happening in your life right now and see where the conversation takes us.

Are you ready?

Yes, I'm Ready!
