For years, I lived life the way I thought I was supposed to — checking the right boxes, meeting expectations, and constantly pushing myself to be everything to everybody. But I learned the hard way that wasn't going to last.
My breaking point came during my career in tech.  I had spent so much time trying to keep up, please others to earn my place, and chase success in ways that ultimately led to burnout. Stepping away forced me to redefine everything. It wasn’t just about what I was doing, but why I was doing it.
I realized that all the striving, proving, and overextending had pulled me further away from myself. I was so busy trying to meet expectations that I never stopped to ask if those expectations were even mine. Giving myself the space to step back was uncomfortable at first — but it also changed everything. I started trusting my instincts, making choices that actually felt right for me, and letting go of the pressure to measure up to something that never really fit.
Through that process, I developed the insights and strategies that now help other women break free from the pressure to do more — so they can trust themselves more, get their energy back, and finally feel like themselves again.
