For years, I was so focused on keeping up, meeting expectations, and trying to make everyone else happy that I lost sight of me. No matter how hard I pushed myself, it never felt like enough. I was constantly doing for others, saying yes when I wanted to say no, and carrying responsibilities that weren’t mine to hold. And in the process, I became completely disconnected from what I actually wanted.
I was so caught up in the grind — pleasing others, meeting expectations, and pushing myself to do more —that I never checked in with myself. I wasn’t trusting my instincts, and it left me feeling frustrated, disconnected, and unsure of what I really wanted. But once I finally gave myself permission to pause, things started to shift.
I began building the confidence to trust my own voice and gaining the clarity to finally see what I truly wanted.
