For years, I was so focused on keeping up, meeting expectations, and trying to make everyone else happy that I lost sight of me. No matter how hard I pushed myself, it never felt like enough. I was constantly doing for others, saying yes when I wanted to say no, and carrying responsibilities that weren’t mine to hold. And in the process, I became completely disconnected from what I actually wanted.

I am a Whole Person Certified Coach (WPCC), a Trauma Informed Coach, and an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ICF-ACC). I also hold a PMP certification (Project Management). I continually invest in professional development to offer the best support.
