I help people tap into their body’s ability to recover from stress through guided breathwork and personalized support, so they can move through daily life with more capacity and less internal strain.
Many of the people I work with lead demanding lives, and their nervous systems stay biased toward vigilance and stuck in overdrive. Recovery doesn’t fully happen, so the body keeps carrying more load than it’s meant to. Over time, this shows up as mental overload, tension, disrupted sleep, or feeling worn down.
My work focuses on supporting the body’s ability to recover from stress in a way that protects health under everyday demands. As recovery improves, energy becomes available again, thinking gets easier, and daily life feels more manageable.
I am a certified SOMA Breath Instructor and an ICF-certified coach, integrating breath-led practices with personalized support.
